Now I'm able to tackle my work load

Wonderfully narrated guided journey to a positive attitude. For those like me trying to attract positivity, it starts with the attitude you project. I am always trying to maintain my positive attitude in a world that makes it a difficult task. I love the fact that I can skip the coffee and listen to this book for a quick energizing pick up instead. Now I'm able to tackle my work load with a better attitude. And that makes life easier for me and the coworkers who have to be around me all day. I requested this book in exchange for my honest review because I want a stress free life. This book is helping me achieve that goal.

The Master of Postive Thinking

I read this audiobook when it first came out at least a decade ago but I find that there is much value going back to read it again from time to time. A true test of a good audiobook is one that still rings true no matter how many years have passed

A Manual for life!!

This audiobook takes positive thinking to a new level. A picture is worth a thousand words. So results are a fast track. This man (Norman Vincent Peale) would have ruled the talk show circuit if that was his desire, but his pleasures had more depth than the tabloid mentality. Bravo on one of the greatest books ever written

This book is a good exploration of more useful

This book opened my eyes to accepting that we all experience both highs and lows when it comes to mood, motivation and drive and that we don’t have to eliminate negativity to be happy, productive and successful. I feel a sense of relief after learning some of the lessons within. Highly recommended.

This book provides a great way of instruction

We need to accept our lives. Negative things happen and we need to be fully aware and happy with them. We cannot rely only on positive things and thoughts in order to be satisfied with our lives. Pleased with this listen; worth the money. I've recommended it now, at least 5 times, and I've only had the book a week.

Happiness for realists

Fantastic book. The best in this area. It cuts all the self-improvement shallow bullshit and goes deep to the bone. I could not have enough of this book and the ideas there. I've continued to explore several of the ideas discussed in this book. Highly recommended!

The narration of the book is fully like its name

The book intends to illustrate the different philosophies of life that have led to a variety of approaches that one could take when the going gets tough. Understanding the backwards law has really helped me learn to let go of the instinct to struggle against uncomfortable emotions, and in doing that I have learned that the struggle is actually what perpetuates the suffering. Giving up the struggle lends room to insight and clarity

This book was very though provoking and also very troubling. Must listen. Love the philosophy of negative effort. And finding happiness in your circumstances. Very insightful. It is refreshing and powerful to see this point of view.

There is a great deal with this book

I really enjoyed this book, it started off strong but I felt that the author was trying to rush out stories towards the end. Overall really good audio. A really good philosophical book that explores little-known distinctions in human logic, and why pessimism isn't as bad as people think it is.

I love how positive the messages here

I enjoy the affirmations here a lot. I often have negative thoughts sneak in after listening to office gossip, sitting in traffic, running late-but it's nice to drop all that as an excuse to think more positively. I love how positive the messages here are and how good they feel for the soul. It's such a refreshing listen that I listened multiple times. Would like to think like this on my own.

A lot of focus seems to be placed on mindfulness and meditation, but the magazine also touches on some of the things we don't necessarily remember from day to day that make us happy
