Just sit or lay in a comfortable position and breathe. We're guided through a quick body scan, then our attention is brought back to our breath. The narrator's voice was gentle and relaxing.

Very helpful.

I am grieving the loss of spouse. Many days this is just what I need to start my day on a thoughtful note. I often find focusing on written material difficult but others have made this journey and shared their thoughts. These daily thoughts are clearly and briefly presented.

Highly recommend.

I really love this audiobook. It has no year, only the date and can be used over and over again until I get it right. Who doesn't need positivity in their life? It's a simple phrase or motivating aspect of life everyday to keep the positive outlook. I was raised in a negative household and this audiobook has changed my start to everyday by keeping it in check.

Very Inspiring!

I knew I would love this audiobook as I have found every interaction .I am surprised how I find myself feeling so strongly about how others in my life may find the audiobook inspirational, that I keep ordering more so I can give them away.
