Good tips, succinct and easy to listen to

I liked the book. It gave some good tips and pointed out a number of bad habits I recognized in myself. I liked the short activities too as they were helpful. An encouraging listen and well read.

It brought me down

Whilst this puts forward positive theory, it is presented from an entirely negative stance. Like the friend who, after a turbulent time and a bout of psychotherapy, enthuses on the loftiness of their epiphany, Sobey proffers Hanson's hate-generated models like some evangelist preacher "Avoid those people who are like drains! You need more radiators!" I felt a deep sense of misery as she opened up the abysmal black hole of her own dark thinking. And, to lift me, Hanson suggests I "...reap positive benefits by buying an online book and leaving positive feedback!" She brought me down, and I couldn't kick her away fast enough.

Great Advice

Bought this book in paper back form last year and liked it then so it's good to have the audio. Has some great advice in. Also makes a change to have a book like this that's not American. It's nice and compact too which is ideal for a top-up reminder when you slip back into your old ways. 👍
