Summary

Pongwiffy is very, very bored. It is raining, and she has nothing to do. Pongwiffy is a witch of action who hates being cooped up. Her idea of a good day is to be out and about, swapping gossip and recipes and inviting herself to tea. But the incessant rain has put a stop to all that.

Pongwiffy decides the witches need some sort of excitement. And what better than a holiday? A Funny and Engaging Tale

Pongwiffy is a fantastic book for all ages, I fell in love with the books from a young age and Prunella Scales is an amazing narrator, she captivates the characters to a tee with her fabulous voice acting. I have listed to the audiobook serveral times and continue to. Fantastic work, a must have!!

My Favourite in the Series

Would you consider the audio edition of Pongwiffy and the Holiday of Doom to be better than the print version?

Both are equally as enjoyable. I love Prunella Scales as the narrator but Chris Smedley has some amazing illustrations in the print version.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Has to be Pongwiffy! Without a doubt!

Which scene was your favorite?

All scenes between Pongwiffy and Scott Sinister. I don't think he will ever escape her clutches.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes! And I did!

My favourite childhood series. These books gave me such joy in primary school.
