Scouse narrator!
Just bought a series of Poirot stories on Audible. The person reading is a Liverpudlian woman. She sounds like Paul McCartney. It’s almost unbearable. It’s detracting from my listening. I expect narration to be RP.

Wrong narrator
Why use a female narrator for a series of stories told by Captain Hastings? Also the pronunciation was both incorrect and inconsistent. I would not buy a book from this narrator again.

Horrific narration
Couldn’t listen past about 5 mins as the narrator was so bad! Intonation, enthusiasm and general storytelling was non existent, and that’s before they attempted an accent for Poirot! Avoid and buy the next one narrated professionally

Never again
I won’t be spending my money on a book again if the narrator is PJ Roscoe. Accent was terrible and I kept loosing concentration.

I couldn't listen to it as the narrators voice was not suitable at all for poirot
