It was kind of weird that they all were in high school and or/ super young 17- 23 years old but somehow they all super amazing mobsters and fighters… meh, it wasn’t at all believable (and that’s saying something hahaha) I could have forgive it but not “the bestfriend/ boyfriend” that somehow has a relationship with but miraculously she doesn’t love him, just as a friend once the MMC shows up! Girl you were gr o o med since you were a child so please go to therapy, you need it. The book had a good premise, but the execution of the plot and the construction of the characters was lacking… such a shame! Also, I assume that the intention of leaving us hanging with the storylines of the rest of the brothers was to make us excited but… they all landed way off. The premise set for the next one though, I desperately want to know what happens with King. Oh well, at least it kept me entertained.

I devoured this in one sitting and I need the rest of the series immediately!
I really enjoyed this and the multiple plots going on had me wanting moreeeee. A few dun-dun moments where I was pleasantly surprised that I hadn’t guessed it!
Bishop is the epitome of strong, powerful and a leader but he is soft for her and has loved her forever. Kiara is strong and powerful in her own way and these two have fireworks going on.
I neeeeed to find out what happens with King immediately because WHATTTTT????

Narrators did a fantastic job. I typically prefer duet narration however they made it really easy to follow and loved the different characters they brought to life!

I dnf this book as story is dull and characters are dull. All characters are immature. Relationships are not deep, The main idea why they all drawn to each other sometimes are forgotten. If you need something to play as background noise with some spicy science - that’s your choice.

It’s more a fan-fiction , not a book.
