Summary

Get from the inception all the way through Platoon F's stint working for the Overseers! That's 35 hours of sci-fi mayhem, including a bonus of the full original Angry Robots book at the end!

Lieutenant Orion Murphy is facing execution due to a military mistake, but he's offered a deal that will allow him to live. He must go through a physical transformation, take on the new name of Don Harr, and agree to lead a crew of misfits known as Platoon F. Over the course of nine missions, Captain Harr slowly begins to understand what the 'F' in 'Platoon F' truly means.

Jump in today and grab nine missions (plus the bonus) that will seriously push the boundaries of insanity, absurdity, and reality. If you're looking for laughs, you'll find them in Platoon F!

NOTE: These stories contain tons of innuendo, adult language, and dirty jokes. If you're into shows like Southpark and Family Guy, you should be okay here; otherwise, you may want to skip this series!

A dicking good laugh!

It wouldn't be John P. Logsdon if there wasn't a healthy dose of dick jokes to enjoy! And let's be real here, who doesn't love a good dick... joke!!!

Horrible

The Author's idea of humour made me feel physically sick. Takes all sorts I guess but if you have any sense of moral decency this is not for you.

Funny... but not to me.

It tries to be funny but sexual harassment and being gay are just not funny to me. I recognize that "these are the jokes" but I have no urge to laugh... it is simply banal. Too bad because I want to like the charactures and find out what happens to them but then they mention the hero's name... Har, Don. Suddenly I just don't care.

Mindless and lame humor

This book is completely awful. The humor is childish and largely based upon sexist and homophobic humor. There is no real story underlying this trash.

It's like Kevin Smith if he wrote a sci-fi series

I was looking for something to listen to that was funny and not too deep. This checked all the marks. To top it off , it is a ton of hours of listening pleasure for only one credit!

These stories are about what equates to a bunch of 'red shirts' (Red shirts were the cannon fodder in the Star Trek series) assigned to an old, crappy space ship and sent out on a (unknown to them) suicide mission.

These books are not for anyone looking for serious sci-fi space stories, but for those looking for something fun to listen too and are cool with dick jokes and innuendo.

Possibly the largest waste of my time ever.

This series is complete drivel. It’s sexist, homophobic, and complete crap. Spend your money elsewhere if you know what’s good for you.

Non-Stop Laughing

I wasn't sure about this book but it was a good deal for over 36 hours of listening time.

But it was wonderfully did with so much humor that I loved every minute of it. Definitely not a book for kids.

Fun listen.

Outtakes at the end are the best part. Love the scifi show references. Great listen while commuting

Probably very funny for a teenage boy - but not me

I love Science Fiction and Comedy. But this kind of comedy is not it. If I was a teenage boy it would be funny. I'm not. It isn't.

The narration was okay.

Returning this. Wish I hadn't eaten up my internet GBs downloading this.
