German Level 1 Lessons 11-15 builds on material taught in prior units. Each lesson provides 30 minutes of spoken language practice, with an introductory conversation and new vocabulary and structures. Detailed instructions enable you to understand and participate in the conversation. Each lesson contains practice for vocabulary introduced in previous lessons. The emphasis is on pronunciation and comprehension and on learning to speak German. These units contain reading lessons designed to teach you to sound out words with correct pronunciation and accent. A reading booklet to be used with the audio lessons is also included in PDF format.

Great way to learn German
What did you like most about Pimsleur German Level 1 Lessons 11-15?
I started listening to Pimsleur German this month. I have been trying to learn German via Duolingo, Paul Nobel's audio books etc. Pimsleur audio books are my favorite. I joined Audible because of Pimsleur German books and I think it is an absolute fantastic idea to learn a new language. My car journey is around 40 to 50 minutes each way. And I've been utilizing the commute time to listen and learn German. I am confident that once I finish all the Pimsleur German audio books, I will be able to speak very fluent German. Well, I hope so anyway.

Great way to learn german
I am really enjoying working my way through the course. I listen to each lesson twice before moving onto the next one. I find the instructions very clear and I'm very pleased with my progress so far. I seem to be learning more than I did after completing the complete Paul Noble course - which was a great introduction but this builds on that very well. I would certainly recommend this course to anyone wanting to learn the German language. I am working my way through it before I start going to formal lessons.
