poor reader, didn't check big-boy dictionary
Please do some quality reviews before publishing this reader. He made multiple errors in pronunciation. It was too distracting to continue.

An internet blog review at best
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
This title is a "review" of Peter Senge's book titled, The Fifth Discipline. The review was a poor regurgitation of the terms used by Mr. Senge. The review had no real insights into the uses of the 5 disciplines. It's only real valid point was that the 5th discipline, Systems Thinking, is the central point that cannot be ignored in his book.
The performance was poor in that there was an obvious pitch and rhythm change in the readers voice at a recording session break. This inconsistency is annoying. In addition, the editing of the audio was extremely poor. Several sections were read twice including the closing credits.
The 5th Discipline is ultimately about quality. This rendition and review did not have the quality I have come to expect from Audible titles.

Okay at best
Decent overview of the Learning Organization concept. Frustrating performance. Narrator is clearly not a native English speaker who mispronounces words constantly.

some chapters have duplicated content. The recording could have been used more effectively without these duplicates
