Not for me

I have listened to the first chapter and am bored to tears. I wish I could return it like you could a hard copy.
It could be just the book for you, however I found it boring and repetitive...sorely disappointed 😞

Great Instructional Book

While basic, it pretty much covers everything on good project management and helps explain it really well, especially the relationship skills part. I highly recommend reading this if you are in any customer support position of any type.
