Chief of Police Sis Steele could have been a fashion model with her great looks, but don't let her looks fool you, she is as tough as her name. Are the retired citizens in Chief Steele's town collecting their retirement Payments for Life? Should retirement be over almost as soon as it starts?
When a professional hitman comes to town to collect his payment for each life he takes, will Sis be up to the challenge? Where does the local mafia head and owner of the Wild Onion bar stand? Is he truly running a legitimate business, or is he involved with the deaths?
Payment for Life; it could be a retirement check, or it could be the manner in which a hitman gets paid.
