Fully invested from 1st chapter, loving the themes & motifs this saga is based on & incorporates. Books like this whereby at least the first couple of a series are in the plus catalogue make my audible subscription seem worthwhile keeping.

Really enjoyed this started book two straight after this. Hope these books remain as good as these. My only complaint is that at present the main focal character is a bit too perfect

Not the most eventful fantasy story so far, but I really enjoyed it. I loved the characters and the narrator did a great job bringing them to life.

Got this free with my membership so was pleasantly surprised by how good it is. So good I bought the sequel.
This is classic fantasy with some cool ideas read by a chap who delivers like a less melodramatic Scott Brick.
Highly recommend.
