Summary

Discover how to properly invest in real estate and in stocks to earn passive income and live the rest of your life like a king!

Wealth accumulation and achieving financial freedom are both directly linked to having multiple streams of passive income. Having multiple passive income streams does not mean that you must start a number of businesses, expecting them to grow and in return provide extra income sources for you. Nor does it mean that you must take on several jobs.

Setting up multiple passive income streams can be done most efficiently through investing. However, not all investments are guaranteed to make you money. You could potentially lose all of your hard-earned money and turn out broke. This is why an audiobook like this is so important to have when entering the world of investing.

Real estate and stock investments are the most lucrative investments you could make. Choosing the right stocks and properties could make you potentially generate passive income over a lifetime. This is not easy to achieve, of course; however, it is possible.

First of all, you need to realize that the best investment you could ever make is in yourself. Warren Buffet, the greatest investor of all time, said this, and whether you like it or not, it is true. Reading books, listening to mentors, and learning constantly more and more are all investments. These investments are the keys to your success. It is better to spend an entire year just learning rather than walking into the world of investing like a blind man would walk into a maze. Learn from the lessons of the greatest; you do not need to have the same failures as they had.

BE. OPEN. MINDED.

I'm sold. I bought the audible version at £13.79 and figured hey, what's a buck? Well now I'm left calculating its value based on his time/money breakdowns but I digress. This book has exposed me to ways of passive income that stretched far beyond my initial grasp (I had no idea there were so many royalty opportunities!!). As an amateur photographer, He's guided me toward exploring stock photos more seriously, but that's just the tip of the iceberg. My husband and I are always actively looking for ways to bring in additional income (rover dog watching, freelance editing, freelance photography, online surveys and panels, eBay sales, you get the picture) but there are only so many hours in the day, and frankly speaking, we need more for retirement. I really appreciated his message that frugality will only do so much for you—we live incredibly frugally but it. is. not. enough. This book isn't a long listen, but its effects stretch far beyond the few hours it'll take to move through the contents, not to mention the added Passive Income Ideas, Passive Income Real Estate, Stock Market Investing. His writing is funny and easy to digest, like talking to a coworker or friend who just happens to be an expert in finances and passive income streams. I'm not sure what my next steps will be, but once I get to the last chapter (almost there), I get the feeling that he'll guide me to creating measurable and strategic ones. When I make my first month of passive income that covers all of my expenses, I'll raise a glass of (reasonably priced -- can't escape the frugality entirely) champagne in the author's honor!

The Road to Wealth Is Simple!

I had no idea what kind of potential passive income held until listening this audiobook. It was always something I heard about but never felt like it was a reality. Since listening Passive Income: Real Estate Investing + Stock Market Investing Bundle, I look at money a completely different way. I am constantly looking for ways to make my money works for me instead of the other way around. Mark breaks down a variety of passive income examples and scores them each with his method. It's SO EASY to understand and to find the passive income that fits my lifestyle. But the best part isn't the education about each passive income she mentions, it's that she guides you with how to get started with your own passive income. Whether you're just beginning with passive income or a seasoned veteran looking to get into something new, this book is the only one you will need. You can also try Mark's book on "Retirement Financial Planning: The 15 Rules of Retirement Planning", " The Exclusive Money Making Blueprint to Grow Your Income Rapidly with an Online Business and Internet Marketing", and also "Starting a Business: The 15 Rules for a Successful Business" to get better understanding of income ways...

Feels like waking up

Mark's 'Options Trading: How YOU Can Make Money Trading Options Even If You Are a Bit Lazy' really helped spur me on to better savings (I paid off all my student loans, partly in thanks to her kick in the butt). That one was easy. This one...means business. Don't get me wrong, it's a great book, it might be legit changing my life, but it will make you feel all the things. WHAT AM I DOING WITH MY LIFE is one example. WHY CANT I MAKE A MILLION DOLLARS RIGHT NOW, is another example. HOW DO I GO BUY 18 HOUSES IN THE NEXT 12 MINUTES? WHY AM I NOT A CREATIVE GENIUS? That kind of thing. The mood swings are real, at least for me. He makes it sound so easy, I get a bit mad at myself. Dude, you don't need to go buy 18 houses. You don't need to be a creative genius. You are fully equipped with the tools to make a passive income. So why haven't I BEEN doing this?? But...I'm telling myself this is all a good thing, because you know what? I've started my first passive income stream. (This has been a long-time dream of mine far before this book, but I didn't know what to do). I didn't realize, until listening this, how many options I had. Now it feels like the power is in my hands, which is both scary and daunting and "ohmigod" but also totally freeing and liberating and "I feel such a sense of potential." In a sense, it feels like waking up. So, in short, buy the damn book. Be prepared for all the feels, and then do something about it.

A strong start towards financial help “

“Discover how to properly invest in real estate and in stocks to earn passive income and live the rest of your life like a king!” Mark Atwood pointed out that line. His book, Passive Income is a supercharged book that makes passive income achievable for people who - like me - were either undereducated on or overwhelmed by the idea of generating passive income streams. I am so excited to get started and I’m so glad I listen this book. It is hands down the most accessible, easy to understand book on the topic of passive income I have ever read. Finally, don’t be fooled by the cover or her age. Mark knows his stuff and this book is definitely not just for female millennials. This book is for anyone interested in developing passive income streams no matter their age. 20, 40, 60 or 80 - this book is for you and it is never too late to get started. See you at the beach

Common Sense Approach to Finance Health

I first read Mark Atwood’s book "Starting a Business: The 15 Rules for a Successful Business" while I was still in college and I was searching for budgeting books online. 'Starting a Business: The 15 Rules for a Successful Business' instantly captured my attention, and I’m so glad I got it because it was incredibly easy and fun to read and it really helped me get my finances in order so I could get through college. I saw a couple months ago that he had wrote a book about passive income. I had already been looking into passive income streams but I had NO idea how to get started on any of them. It feels like this book came at just the right time. I am in my first year of teaching in Kentucky and I’ve been worried about having enough money for retirement considering the pension crisis that is going on in this state. It’s difficult to find time during the year for an extra job with all the grading and planning that I have to do, and hard to find a job that pays enough in the summer months. Mark’s book gave me everything I need to get started creating passive income streams for myself to start building wealth. I mean it when I say there is something for everyone in here. He gives you tons of ideas and helps you figure out what passive income streams can work best for you using a brainstorming activity. And now I know exactly what I need to do to get started! I am so excited and I cannot possibly thank Mark enough for this. It’s definitely a must-listen and I’ll be telling all my friends about it.

Sep by step logical way

I really liked this book. Everyone out there thinks that their rich uncle is the only person alive who has access to these elusive multi-family deals and the only way you can get in on the action is to join the 50k country club and hope you find favor with the rich uncle's best friend who happens to be <insert awful politics here>. The author breaks the process down into how these deals come together and what you should be looking for to analyze one. Very demystifying!

Change the way of my personal financial management

The author didn't waste any time on this one and you certainly wont either. This book is brief but comprehensive. I'm an active real estate investor myself and have read many books on real estate investing. Nearly all the books I've read on commercial real estate syndication focuses only on the general partner instead of the limited partners. This is the first and only book I've come across that is designed to educate the passive investor in commercial real estate syndication.

Lays it bare!

The book is lucid in its explanations. Simple language ..that will help newbies and experienced people alike. It has been thoughtfully written and explains how investors can avoid pitfalls and traps that could suck them into dead investments. What you need to do is one thing but what you should avoid has also been said and that is important for capital preservation and growth. I think it is a must-listen for everyone - the syndicators and the investors. We all will definitely learn something.

Laser focused on Passive investors.

This is an amazing book for anyone interested in passive side of investing in commercial RE. Mark Atwood has done great job, keeping his focus on passive investors. He nicely explains structure of commercial RE estate deals, then digs deeper in the following chapters on how to analyze deals. I really liked how he explains difference between cash on cash, vs average rate of return vs internal rate of return, and what should a passive investor focus on, depending on their personal goals of cash flow or net-worth building. And a nice little piece nugget of wisdom about accessing retirement funds without penalty and taxes, some thing to research further. I wish there was a PDF attached for all the graphs and figures that he references , as in audio format you can't see that. Overall, highly recommend, any one with decent savings rate, and looking to build networth , passively.

An Invitation to Break Free

Mark goes on to provide a breakdown of his passive income streams, detailed examples of each and allowed me truly to see how I can change the way I think of my time, my career path, and my RETIREMENT. I put down the book and immediately mapped out ideas that work for me, my family, and my goals and a rough action plan to achieving passive income streams that would give us financial freedom. I've already picked the book up to begin to reread the sections that apply to what I see working for me. This book is the kick in the pants for anyone that is tired of feeling like they're doing all the right things, working all the extra hours, but not obtaining financial freedom. This book will end up in quite a few stockings this year! It's a must-have.

Meets The Hype

You know that feeling when you read a book that you just KNOW instantly adds value to your life? I downloaded this onto my audible library and literally listen the book with a notebook by my side to take notes! There are so many good tips and ideas in here but not only that, the author takes the time to break it down, explain in detail, and give you the tools and confidence to know that you can implement these ideas in your life and create passive income. He also writes to you like a friend, puts information into terms that you can understand. Can't wait to put some of these plans into action. I already own a rental property, but feel like I have the tools now to expand that area of my passive income and turn it into a larger stream of revenue. The options are seriously limitless and I'm PUMPED to get started after listening this audio book!

Can be misinterpreted

The author, Mark, does an incredible job of taking an intimidating topic and breaking it down in easy to understand, and even better, easy to begin to implement steps. I like to think I know a decent amount about retirement, but even I felt ill-informed after listening his section here. He lays out some current, traditional retirement plans and I've never read anything that explains social security as simply as she put it and why it's not something we should rely on in the long run. In another section of the book, he helps break down the math on time vs. money and to really begin to look at what is your time worth. This really helps use that thought process to decide when it's smarter to do a job yourself or use another's time/expertise. Whether you're trying to put passive income into play or not, I think this is a must listen for anyone who is thinking about and planning now for retirement in years to come. If nothing else, it's extremely eye opening. At most, it will help get anyone brainstorming and going on tackling a passive income revenue stream.

Financial Enlightening

This book managed to explain, teach and help you understand why passive income is not only awesome but help you understand that it is one of the best ways to earn true final freedom. In a way that is simple to understand. Ive heard many videos and talks before on passive income but very little explained it the way Mark does in his book. He made it fun, used personal experiences and case study to help us not only understand better each type of passive income, but also help us see the pros and cons in each and help us decide which would be better for us. I truly recommend this book not only for its content (it is well researched with personal experiences from author but also with other successful passive income gainer from each type), but also just from the fact that its a fun read and can help you get new perspective of what type of passive income is right for you!

Important for all generations

As a millennial in my third year of the workforce, I need to educate myself on how to save and plan for retirement while I'm still early in the game. This book helps me do just that. The baby boomer generation was able to rely on retirement savings, pension plans, and social security to fall back on. That is just not reality anymore. I was interested to listen about differences in lifestyle pressures--this is something I thought I imagined, but Mark confirms people are spending in ways other generations weren't. Thank you to the author for conducting in-depth research on generational differences with money. With so many people trying to sell you products, and "be your own boss" schemes these days, I was wary of a book sharing tips on passive income. This book gives you actual, tangible, legitimate routes to creating more wealth and achieving financial freedom/a comfortable retirement. I would 10/10 recommend this book to those starting in the workforce, and also older generations who are looking to be more secure in their retirement plan. Times have changed and modern retirement has changed as well.

Be Warned...

Passive Income is a quick, fun, and informative read for anyone looking to supplement or replace their active income and pursue a more flexible lifestyle. It goes beyond describing the five types of passive income that exist to detailing the exact steps you can take to pursue them - de-mystifying and democratizing the opportunities often used to build wealth. The framework Mark uses to compare passive income streams helps readers make an informed decision about where to start based on the resources they have available (time, money, or both). His journey to passive income is equal parts relatable and inspiring, practical and dreamy - making the book a particularly useful read for couples that may have different decision-making and money management styles. Mark Atwood packages his years of education, experience, and connections in this quick and affordable read. It can carry a high ROI if you give her tips a try!

Listen for graduation.

I have been investor for over 15 years and I am investing in equities and bonds in US and other country. After listening this book, I realized that I was very limited with my investment as I completely ignored multi-family real estate investment. This book is written in a very plain language that any beginner can understand. Very informative book to understand the basic principles and processes of investing in commercial real estate.

Financial literacy gold mine

I am in several multi-family deals but always learning more and more about commercial and multi-family real-estate. I understand that the author Mark A. is seasoned and an expert in his field. If you want to stay on top of the curve in this field I would recommend this read.
