Simple and wonderful

Finally a meditation that makes sense to me. The author gives clear instructions and gives good reasons why the different steps are necessary. I also liked the reader's tone.

Life Changing!

This book give guidance to develop a meditation practice that for me feels like home. I have tried many different techniques and this approach is the first one that really slows my mind down. It has become a part of my life that is non-negotiable where as before I felt I "had" to meditate I now feel that I meditate at a given time each day and that is what I do and it serves me and others as I approach each day now with beautiful words that I am slowly becoming in my life off the cushion. I hope that you take up this practice and that it brings much joy and peace to your life as well! Om mani padme hum

Very Practical Very Clear

Don't let the "Sample Audio" of this book in Audible lead you into thinking that this is a monotonous or boring book. It's quite the contrary. Full of detailed instructions on the passage meditation, this book can be the best thing have received in life.

All of Eknath's books are wonderful

I learned a lot and the narrator is the very best. Eknath's writings about love, kindness , meditation, forgiveness and how to tame the mind are spot on.
