amazingly effective

This changed our lives! It really helped change my approach to time outs and disciplining. I was able to reconstruct my way of disciplining so it was more effective for my little boy.I like how this book made me realize more things about myself actually than about my child. That his issues are more often my own that I need to work on.This is exactly what I needed to get control of my strong willed child.
