Paleo Diet.

I should have gone with this book prior to getting into the diet. Great book for beginners. I highly recommend this book to everyone contemplating the paleo diet, which is more of a lifestyle than just a diet. This book guides you into the diet, in order to aid your success with the diet.

Best Diet book ever.

I'm obliged to concede, I feel better with these plans, and not a solitary one of them has been not fascinating or hard to pursue. Priceless Paleo !

Priceless Paleo cooking source – that is the thing that this cookbook is! I wish I had this cookbook when I was simply beginning with my cooking. A few plans from it as of now are in my besties accumulation, and I haven't achieved the fundamental dishes segment. I am a pleased proprietor of an extraordinary number of cookbooks on the Paleo diet, this one is unquestionably climbing the outlines with the plans it is putting forth up until now.

Love it.

I genuinely didn't figure these plans would be tasty or great however I wasn't right. I had begun the Paleo diet since it worked for my sister yet it appeared she needed to decrease a great deal. Enter this cookbook. I've been attempting the various plans contained in it and it has extraordinary tasting plans. This cookbook has made it simple to continue onward and not lose any flavor or the sustenances that I adore.

There's something for everyone in this cookbook.

I've tried recipes I've never tried before in my life being on a paleo diet and I've been pleasantly surprised with the tastes and textures that can be achieved with the help of those ingredients you already have. Also, these recipes are easy-to-follow and that's a huge plus for those who are just starting their paleo diet cooking adventure.

My son is using just this book.

My son is using just this book and is completely on Paleo & planning to stay on Paleo life long. I'm just starting to change to Paleo. Excellent recipes, lists of foods to use and what to get out of your kitchen & diet. Easy to understand, even has desserts!

It has basic recipes !

It has basic recipes and a nice plan with pretty normal recipes. Some other books are overwhelming and too many nonsense ingredients. If you are getting started with a Paleo diet this one is a nice way to ease into Paleo.

This is a nice book,

This is a nice book to get started with. It's all meat and no fluff so if you are looking for a book that reads fast, is hugely informative and then get you inspired without taking a week to read this is the one. The recipes that make up a large bulk of this book also look amazing and healthy. Some of the recipes are pretty close to things I make already and so I feel that the recipes will be easy and fun to make.

Paleo diet!

This has been the best book to get me started on the Paleo diet and easy to follow. Diet is working well for me and easy to manage. My system is so happy that I have taken all of the chemicals out. No longer have that intense starving feeling if you go too long before eating or even a short time. I just have to spend some time in the kitchen prepping. So many foods out there have things I am allergic too and this diet I have no issues with whatsoever.

I have tried so many diets.

I have tried so many diets. Every time I start a new diet I'm enthusiastic, and two days later I'm starving. My mouth was watering watching at other people eating while I was torturing myself. On top of that, the "results may vary" always varied for me. This time is totally different. I lost 11 pounds in 7 days, and feeling energized and finally hopeful.

Beginners guide.

I've known about the Paleo diet previously however never gave it enough consideration since I was not intrigued by weight control plans around then. Presently I nee various advantages of it and this cookbook has been among numerous other formula books I've requested from different online shops. I like the plans.

I like the plans I've attempted from here! They are straightforward and speedy. It has a decent review of paleo and a rundown of affirmed and nonapproved sustenances. No photos, however then I don't have desires either. The cost would need to go up for a fancier cookbook, however, I'd preferably get the low cost and have the extraordinary plans. Generally, an incredible worth and enough assortment to be the main paleo cookbook you would require.
