Paleo diet is more of a way of life

The Paleo diet works for many people. The idea is to feed your body carbs, when your body requires it the most, this way you can eat carbs without worrying about it being stored as fat. This book is very helpful to those who wants to learn the Paleo diet.

Beautifully written and rings true

I believe consuming REAL FOOD is extremely important,this book provides amazing meal plans & recipes free from any processed foods! A unique view

I was not disappointed by The PALEO diet for Beginning! It is a great reference for low carb/high fat lifestyle and I used it daily at first, and now weekly or so. This is not only a great starting place for PALEO -adaption, but she sets you up to make it sustainable.

Worth your time

I found this book to be great for anyone new in this lifestyle. It promotes a more flexible and human approach to paleo, and gives lots of useful tips on easing into it, learning how to cook this way, which ingredients should be avoided, etc. And i love Cassidy writing style, it feels like talking with a friend!

Learned a lot

After years of battling sweet/carb cravings, struggling and always having an underlining fear of food I suddenly found myself eating yummy food that was easy to prepare and I was completely satiated. Its a whole new world for me now.
