I love these series and I cannot wait till T. kingfisher releases volume 5! Honestly a five star series. I think volume 3 is still my favourite but only just! Great series!

Firstly, please someone give Joel, the narrator, an award. His delivery is on point and I think his deep rough voice is a great fit for this series. Secondly, I love this series. It ticks all the boxes for me: interesting and fast-moving plot, flawed and lovable characters, a believable romance, and a good balance of drama and comedic relief. This fourth book delivers like the previous 3 did.

Finally read the fourth book and enjoyed this as much as, if not more than the other three. Consistently good storylines throughout and one can’t help but like the characters and their adventures. Wonderfully narrated too.
