Gina makes clear this is written (and very clearly read) for women. And she is young.
I am an old man, but what she says harmonises with my own learning and practice over nearly 50 years. Also, like her, I'm a Lancastrian. So I identify with it as a listener.
This practical self-help work occasionally touches on some of the deep philosophical truths. Gina "gets it".
