Absolutely love
I’ve read many types of these books but this one has really stood out to me. It felt tailored to me. I’m going to re do this one to take all the extra bits of knowledge in. 100% reccomend

Very Good - a splendid work
Gina makes clear this is written (and very clearly read) for women. And she is young.
I am an old man, but what she says harmonises with my own learning and practice over nearly 50 years. Also, like her, I'm a Lancastrian. So I identify with it as a listener.
This practical self-help work occasionally touches on some of the deep philosophical truths. Gina "gets it".
