Great book to improve your stage presence

Loved it from the very fisrt sentences, and now, having almost made it to the end, continue to love it even more. The author's voice is alive, supportive and fun, Liz is guiding you all the way from feeling overwhelmed and lost when thinking about performance and/or public speaking to a relaxed and powerful state where you start thinking that improvisation might be a really cool thing which is totally worth trying. Love the quick instruments toolkit, and the whole embodiment conversation, aka we speak a lot through our bodies, and we can actually have all the instruments to make it congruent to our goals and values. I bought kindle edition as well, highlighting useful thoughts and techniques. Totally worth it.

More than self-help.

This is a fantastic book, full of great advice. It is also very interesting and philosophical and I definitely recommend it to anyone currently in possession of a human body!
