OK but.....

Although I picked up some good things from this book I found it a bit preachy, I'm not really into positive thinking goal setting stuff but there were some good practical things to help in your life, give me Derren Brown any day haha

wow it has confirmed lot of things for me

This was so much help for me, sometimes you know what todo and just need that confirmation and need to here it from someone else's. I found it had to speak to others because I did not know how to approach certain subjects but once I listened to this book I then cold grown my conversations and have a better approach with loved ones and friends. so so helpful

I genuinely valued all of the bits of the book. educational, profitable, ordered and all-around guided. I was searching for something powerfully specific. I really like this perusing material. They're also stacked with incredible information. I gained my book with the cog lab manual and access code for the class. All around explored about Overthinking! The book is extraordinary and rules are incredibly clear. It might be a mind-boggling book for a beginner anyway grievously not for me. I was scanning for something logically specific. Everything considered the book is extraordinary with a huge amount of central information. proposed it.

This is a useful book that individuals need to peruse. This book is stacked with supportive data, tips and aides that I have to think about how to quit overthinking, clean up my brain, accomplish otherworldly care with day by day reflection and make fruitful propensities for an effective life. I like this book.

not great

Pretty surface level. no amazing insights. advice given "stop looking at your phone", "make a list", "keep a journal" maybe this is targeted at young teens. Nothing actually deals with psychology. nothing that actually helps you understand why you are feeling the way you are inside of your head. I've found greater success with Buddhist writings.

Useful and Inspiring

This book is just an audio guide to help you prevent your overthinking from getting any worse, and maybe minimize its effects, but to get rid of it permanently, it is best that you get help from professional psychiatrists.
