Excellent approach

Very practical ways listed and presented in easy adoptable ways. Finding ypur why and goal setting to help declutter is my favorite. Helped my anxiety. The book is about simplifying your life , relationship , etc . Basically, keep the good things . Throw the toxic things and people .

Love it! It's kind of changed my daily life since listening it. It's so important to know what the heck you're doing and when you're doing it. Staying true to yourself. Sounds deep, but it was a wonderful listen that I look back on from time to time. Definitely didn't go in the goodwill pile after listening.

Informative!

The part about seeing how long i can stay between thoughts and the breathing thing really works. Some times I wake up around 1:00 am with my mind running away with thoughts. do the clear mind and breathing thing. Next thing, I wake up in the morning. Lot less time during the day being tired.

This is really an effective audio book!

Straightforward. Recognize & take control!

Living healthy is as paramount as the air humans breath. As an octogenarian, I almost got choked up with life until I toured around the speeches of this voice book. Now, I realized that life can be more pleasant to live!
