A great listen!

I'm really excited to explore this book with you. It's a great guide for building healthier relationships and it provides so many helpful tips on mindful eating! I have done some mindful fasting before but intuitive dieting is new concept today which has been taught in the west since growing up - we were all taught that there are certain foods you should eat at certain times of day, even if your body doesn't want them or need them. After listening our conversations from earlier where she discussed how people can start paying closer attention about what they're putting into their bodies rather than just following social norms completely blindly without question (especially during weight loss), now I understand why my habits needed changing-I neglected too much importance when dealing solely with food.

Moving forward one step at a time

This audiobook provides a great deal of food for thought (no pun intended). It was very useful to get a copy of the pdf version of the information. I learnt that we all have a complicated relationship with food. Therefore it is important to understand the emotional and mental connection with food. The narration was engaging and I certainly learnt a lot thanks to the information in the audiobook.

Improve your relationship with food

This value bundle is a great guide for me to develop better relationship with you. I have done a bit of mindful eating before when I went to a meditation retreat; however, intuitive eating is a new concept today. We were all taught growing up that we should be eating certain food and at a certain time. The concept of intuitive eating allows us to adapt our eating habits to what our body really need. After listening to this book, I realize how much I have neglect listening to my body and I'm so ready to develop a better habit with food.

Great bundled listen

The author done a good job in putting this bundle together. Been binge eating for a while now and needed to improve my diet. The chapter on Mindful Eating Matters really was effective. I found the accompanying PDF really useful as I was able to read along whilst listening - which I prefer. Great narration too!

Packed full of tips

Overeating is something I have struggled with for many years and really didn't know how to deal with it. I have found this book very informative and helpful and am still currently working my way through it carefully. To date, I am down 20 pounds from my peak weight.

how to enjoy food again

Each chapter of these books give excellent advice to take accountability for what a person puts in their body. There are tons of of small signs we miss when eating. that leads to over eating and become binge eaters. the mindfulness tips help. highly recommended to enjoy food again.

So much great information in one place

You could listen to the whole thing front-to-back (and I did), but then I found myself listening to certain chapters again, so I could squeeze every bit of information out of them. Such a smart book. Supportive too; not judgmental.

This is an excellent audible about binge eating.

In this book, you will find lots of information on why you binge eat, as well as many helpful tips on how to not binge eat.

Value stacked on value!

Nathalie really gives us a no-brainer option when it comes to looking for a cross between leading a healthy lifestyle alongside mental wellness when it comes to eating and dieting. 2 books for 1 plus the Ebooks, I mean where do you go wrong? I don't have to wait for Audible to give their occasional sales you get this deal every day and all day. Nathalie really breaks down and gives excellent insight on weight loss and emotional eating as it is a huge problem that is put on the back burner most times!

Great audiobook

Love this bundle audiobook because it has so much helpful information and tips for mindful and intuitive eating. Bad eating habits are hard to break but this book really helps with understanding why and how to break them. Really liked how it teaches you that you can eat any food if you practice mindful eating. This book has it all. There is so much information and great tips on how to be a mindful eater. The portion control approach is a great idea and the 2 plate is a great idea to do at home.
