A thorough guide well worth listening to

This audiobook helped me to identify where and how in my life the development of my social skills has been hindered. I have realised that none of that was my fault. I now know that I have all the pieces to improve my social communication, I just need to work on some specific aspects to improve. The book breaks down a complex array of skills into minute and manageable steps that are far easier to identify and address. I found the research in the book interesting and thought-provoking. A book that everyone can learn from.

Great encouraging guide.

This audiobook is a great guide for anyone who finds social situations overwhelming. The book is gentle, positive, and encouraging, and has great practical tips to deal with social anxiety or at least make it more bearable. Also great for anyone who is shy. I've learned a lot! Would definitely recommend.

Calm the mind and achieve success!

If you suffer from anxiety or panic attacks and you are unsure about what to do about them, then this book is for you.
The biggest surprise to me was that I had been doing it all wrong for over a decade. Here I was fighting against my anxiety, thinking about it constantly, checking in all the time...but what I never realized was that I was feeding my anxiety because of it!
It's one of those rare books that really help you to make significant changes in your life. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TOO HIGHLY; by all means, buy it, listen to it carefully & and put it to work. Be tireless in applying its lessons, and the changes you seek will follow as day follows night.

Very informative

Really useful book with lots of good techniques and pointers. It has lots of helpful information to guide you on the right path. The narrator is excellent as well.

Very helpful audiobook

You can like that or not but social skills are a vital part of life, and they help you succeed in your career and personal life. I think this is a great book for introverts like me who want to have healthy social life, meaningful and consistent social interactions. The most I liked part how to be a better conversationalist and how to start meaningful conversations.

A Very Positive and Encouraging Guide

In an imperfect society where people will judge you and impatiently talk over you, confidence and social skills are of utmost importance. This book explains why and how you can improve yours. Why might you have weak social skills? How can this affect you getting more out of life? It has a very encouraging tone all the way through.

I learnt a lot from this listen. It's also very well narrated, Mandala has a very caring voice which fits perfectly with the theme of the book.

If you're ready to improve your social skills, increase your confidence and generally make yourself happier, this book is an excellent next move.
