I believe it works.. As I webt to the beach and we were surrounded by young hot girls in bikinis.. But I was relaxed and calm and had no panic moments or heart racing. Nor was I running the same negative story in my head which usually leads to stress anxiety and sometimes me blurting something out.. That I dont want to say.. But after third listen.. It Keeps pausing
