Why did Claire have to drink so much at a small gathering of old friends, and how will she get home now that the host has kicked her out of his house? Hungover and ashamed, Claire begins a harrowing journey back to her apartment. Songs blend into the narrative and reveal harsh truths Claire would prefer to avoid.

This is a snippet of Claire's life:the moments before she decides to change. The story was okay but couldn't stand on its own. The narration was too dry for my liking (2 stars) but the musical parts redeemed the book enough for the average performance rating to be 4 stars and the overall rating 3 stars.

Okay story, good music
