Loved the new take on shape-shifting lore, characters were believable and likeable. But the the storyline could have been a bit more developed as the ending felt a bit rushed. Would have benefitted from dual narrators due the number of male characters- some of which were given quite nasal sounding voices. Did not put me off though. downloading book 2 straight away.

brilliant start to the series
