The book constantly refers to an accompanying ebook/PDF but Audible doesn't have this to download? Where can I get it from?

Content is fine so far but need the PDF.

Brilliant explained book - can’t fault it, but I am faulting Audible for not including the PDF. When he’s explaining the charts etc it’s very frustrating / pointless to listen to as you can’t see them.

PDF is not included
