Summary

Following the death of his partner, an advertising executive transfers from his home in New York City to unfamiliar territory in Nashville to begin anew. As Christmas approaches, Darin finds his loneliness and depression growing stronger and sets out to a nearby bar for a drink. There, he meets a man who makes his heart skip a beat - a handsome, young attorney named Ryan who sparks a romantic interest in Darin and reawakens his heart.

A nice short story.

I received this audiobook for free in exchange for an honest review.

This short audiobook tells the sweet tale of Ryan and Darren. The characters are written well and the narrator has been well picked for the story.

The story takes you on some nice twists and turns throughout with a somewhat stratifying ending.

Overall I gave the story 3 stars because all though it was enjoyable and both the author and narrator did a fair job, unfortunately the book for me didn't standout.
