Story
As society gathers at Kingstag Castle for the wedding of the year, matrimony is in the air. But who will be the bride? With swoonworthy lords, witty ladies, eccentric relatives, and a gaggle of free-spirited girls - not to mention the world’s best high perch phaeton - it’s a recipe for mayhem...and romance. Award winning, best-selling authors Katharine Ashe, Caroline Linden, Miranda Neville, and Maya Rodale serve up delectable Regency fun and a sexy contemporary twist in this anthology of original novellas. Four authors, four couples, four deliciously romantic surprises.
Summary
The reigning queen of London society, Lady Elizabeth Worthingham, has her future set out for her. Marry well, and marry without love. An easy promise to make and one she owed her family after her near-ruinous past that threatened them all. And the rakish scoundrel Henry Andrews, earl of Muir, whose inability to act a gentleman when she needed one most, would one day pay for his treachery.
Returning to England after three years abroad, Henry is determined to make the only woman who captured his heart his wife. But the icy reception he receives from Elizabeth is colder than his home in the Scottish Highlands. As past hurts surface and deception runs as thick as blood, so, too, does a love that will overcome all obstacles, unless a nameless foe, determined with his own path, gets his way and their love never sees the light of day....

Absolutely brilliant
Loved every second of this first book of the series To Marry A Rogue, it was absolutely brilliant. Loved that Henry the hero was Scottish AND really swoon worthy. The love scenes were nice and steamy just how I like them.
The narrator Stevie Zimmerman was also brilliant, there are very few female narrators I like listening to but she's definitely one of them.
Thus was definitely worth a credit. Now on to the next one.

Barely okay book with wonderful narration..
Okay, every once in a while, I have to stop my murder mysteries and go back to my historical romances for a minute. AND a minute is about all I can stand. I always forget what stupid decisions and ideas authors have the heroines make. It was hard to like Elizabeth at times. I mean, her idea of marrying Henry but never telling him that Samuel was his son was the stupidest thing ever.
The only reason I finished this book was to find out what happened between Riddledale, Henry, Elizabeth and Josh (Elizabeth’s brother, who was also a Duke.) Riddledale’s craziness was what made this worth reading.
There were two sex scenes in this and the first one was in the most ridiculous place ever and the second one was just too long. I thought I’d never get through skimming pages before I reached the end. There was no swearing to speak of.
As to the narration: Actually, the only reason I bought this in the first place was because Stevie Zimmerman was narrating. Her voices and emotions when she reads is awesome.

A sexy historical romance
Only an Earl will Do is a sexy historical romance with a Scottish Earl and the widow he left behind. The story is entertaining, if a bit melodramatic at times with a dastardly villain who’ll stop at nothing to win the fair lady as his bride. The main hero is a bit of a rake himself, and there were many times I wanted the heroine to choose another suitor. Overall though it’s an entertaining story.
Contains graphic sex scenes. This is not a clean romance.
The narrator does a pretty good job with the book. Her voice fits the story, and she is pretty good with the characters voices.
I received a complimentary copy of this audiobook. This is my honest and voluntary review.

Not worth the time/money
This is a very one dimensional book. There is a good woman, a good man, a misunderstanding/secret and a villan. I have only read approx. 1 hour, but here is my guess...
The villan blackmails the heroine. She tries to push the hero away to be noble. There is no communication, just a lot of avoidance. In the end the villan is kicked to the curb. The hero and heroine have a HEA. No twists or turns, but everyone in their standard roles.
A waste of time with even less interesting dialogue. I have started to review books in a series, so that I can avoid making a mistake with additional books in the series. The next book has just come out, so will have to pass.

So boring,,,
I did not like the book at all, The perfomance was acceptable but the story was slow, predictable and unimanagable. The hero and heroines are undeveloped and static. The bad guy is again just a bad guy, no twists but longish descriptions.
I do not think I want to try other books by so uninspired author.

The Best!!!
Tamara Gill is one of my favorite authors so to bring the story alive on audible was amazing! The voice creates another dimension to the written word that cannot surpass when done well. Stevie Zimmerman is a master at character voices, bringing the perfect set of emotion and depth that is needed. With these two together, trust me you do not want to miss this story!!

True Love
Tamara’s story kept me engaged from the beginning to the end. I wanted to know if how and when the hero and heroine would be together or if. The narrator had a clear voice that didn’t overpower the story. I highly recommend this to anyone.
