Holy moly this book is hot and a lot of it! She has crushed on him and he never knew she existed. They definitely make up for lost time all in one night. Inexperience and curiousness makes a great combo. The narration was hot, I definitely recommend this book.

Loved it!

Just imagine the guy you were obsessed with and stalked through the halls of your high school moves in next door. That would be awesome. Anyhow, Only Him is splendidly written short romance and will snare your attention from the start to end. The characters, Sydney and Reid, are utterly charming and captivating. I absolutely love the dynamic between them, and their connection is definitely charged.

I love the fact that the book is a dual narration. Teddy Hamilton and Ava Lucas are brilliant. Their performances emulate the characters' personalities, mood, and emotions; bringing the story to life. I thoroughly enjoyed this audiobook and, highly recommend it.

A Short Steamy read

I've enjoyed every book I've read from Jeanne St James and this book was no exception. Only You is a short, naughty read that will steam up your kindle. The story is focused on one hott steamy night and the chemistry between these two characters was intense. If your looking for a quick read with a submissive male I would highly recommend Only You.
I listened to the audiobook version of this novel which was narrated by Teddy Hamilton, Ava Lucas. They did an excellent job portraying these characters and infusing the emotion and passion of the characters. With excellent pace and timing they brought the story to life. It was a pleasure listening to them narrate this novella.

Completely Obsessed!

The ultimate fantasy is to have your high school crush move in next to you. That obsession would just come back to life and inn this case, puts Sydney on a mission. Years after graduating, she still harbors that crush for Reid Turner, and now that he is single, she is taking the chance to get him. Reid's eye catches a sexy performance by his new neighbor and he just has to check it out. Now that he has, he finds out she is not only from his past, but is perfect for him. Hot, sexy, passionate, with a little kink added, St James composes a story so intimately steamy, it melts your ears! And not only that, the underlying stories of second chances and soulmates is intricately woven into this new and budding relationship. Another incredibly loving and erotic listen, just accentuates my obsession with this series!

So, who should be Reid in this narration? Teddy Hamilton is such a great cast choice. He has that familiarity in his voice, with an edge of sexiness. Add in the sultry voice of Ava Lucas as Sydney, with her feisty bossiness and adventurous tones, and this story is on fire. This is entertainment at it's best.

So Hot and Steamy!

This book definitely makes me want to listen to the whole series. It was so hot and steamy. I loved both Reid and Sydney. Their connection was undeniable, and their sex was kinky. I can't wait to listen to more of these books. Teddy and Ava did a perfect job bringing this story to life. This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.

Hot Novella!!

I LOVED this book. It’s short, hot story that will having wanting more!!

Hero and heroine went to school together. Heroine always had it for hero but he didn’t notice her. Hero goes on to marry high school sweetheart. Years later heroine notices new neighbor moving into her building and it’s none other than her high school crush and he’s SINGLE!!

Fantastic Story & Narration🎧 Sweet & Smoking🔥Hot!

This is a great story to heat up your afternoon or evening! I am loving this series, each book is a stand-alone with it’s own original story, the one thing they all share is that they are all smoking hot! I enjoy Jeanne St. James wonderful writing style, she grabs my attention right from the start and holds it captive to the very end. Sidney Ryan always crushed on Reid Turner, she was practically obsessed with him while in H.S but he had a girlfriend whom he married. So she was shocked to see who her neighbor was, none other than Reid F’ing Turner. She gets hot and bothered watching him and goes to take care of things for herself, little does she know she is putting on a show for him, he is taken by surprise when she cries out his name. Curiosity gets the best of him and he wants to know who she is how does she know him. I loved how this story plays out, it is sweet and super hot, there was great chemistry between them and great play too. Jeanne St. James, thank you for another fantastic story!

Ava Lucas and Teddy Hamilton are talented narrators and voice artists. They do an amazing job bringing the characters to life, portraying them and projecting their passion and emotions into their performance. They are entertaining storytellers and pleasure to listen to. Only a great listen

The author Jeanne St James knows how to write gripping attention grabbing listens . Both the hero’s and heroine are strong characters with back bone , attitude , and stubborn.
Hero is Reid, heroine is Sydney.
What happens when your love that you had a crush on as a young woman moves back home . Sydney has changed so much , she’s a woman now , with an attractive body . Thing is Reid doesn’t recognize her .
Reid has moved back home trying to get his life back in order . After his divorce he wanted to move on . Until he moves to a house and the weird thing is he keeps on hearing his name . He needs to find out who’s calling him and why . Grab it and find out .
Both the performance of Ava and Teddy was fantastic. Their voices were smooth , addictive and clear
