i pretty much guessed the plot but got it a bit wrong.
One critisism would be the sighs whenever Sheridan speaks, its bothered me throughout the the whole audiobook series experience, i get that it has been consistent but its really annoying. Sorry

omg I need book 6. this is the best series I have listened. T.M. Payne is at the top of her game. All 5 books had me gripped from page one!!!!

a rollercoaster of emotions in this story, I felt it was the best in the series so far, twists and turns that I didn't see coming.
Hopefully there are more to come

This series kept me guessing and double guessing. Always a pleasure to read and listen Kindle and Audible books especially when the plot twists and the clever and witty detective solves the case with the little bit of naughtiness! I especially liked the epilogue – something missing from many books ... what happens to the characters after they get the guy!

I have gone through all 5 books very quickly. Hooked! The characters are all so well observed and the writer writes ‘people’ so well, she has lived lives…. And is able to translate people onto the page with unerringly accurate portrayals of messy lives, lovely people and of course murderers ! As a cat lover, so on board with the cat elements too.. more books please!! Need to know Hill’s name….
