Story
Help your young ones fall asleep, and stay asleep, so that you can also get a good night's rest! Here's how: Does your restless little munchkin keep you awake into the wee hours of the night, leaving you tired and exhausted the next day? Are your kids waking up in the middle of the night and demanding your attention, keeping you from being able to actually find restful sleep? The trick is to help them calm down, even before it's actually time for lights out.

Story
Meditation stories may just be the breakthrough you and your kids need to sleep soundlessly at night. Elevated stress levels? Frustrating exhaustion? Sleepless nights? These are just a few things you and your kids may be feeling at the moment. It all links back to those many nights you tumble and turn in your bed as you try to drift off into dreamland. And if this continues night after night, it can lead to an unhappy life or a childhood void of excitement, imagination, and energy.

Story
Say goodbye to sleepless nights - these effective sleep meditation stories are the key to lulling your toddler into a deep slumber. While guided sleep meditations may be something more commonly used by adults, the method proves to be just as effective for children. If you feel like it’s impossible to get your kids to wind down and sleep through the night, guided meditation can help you contain their energy and refocus it into rest and mindfulness. If you’ve tried everything under the sun (and moon), why not give it a shot? The success might just surprise you!
Summary
"A refreshing way to guide your kids to dreamland."
Kids grow up in an increasingly noisy world, with entertainment being available at any time of the day.
We all love to see our kids happy, but it’s hard to protect them from devices screaming for attention, draining their imagination.
This book helps children to reconnect to their quiet imagination - creating a moment of calmness, making kids more relaxed and less anxious.
These bedtime meditations are a collection of dreamy, visualizing stories.
They’re taking children on a magical journey to find where rainbows start, to make their own constellation or to meet a unicorn made of ice.
These stories include basic mindfulness techniques such as being attentive to your breath, identifying body sensations, and actively feeling grateful and loving.
This book will help kids relax and guide them to a good night’s sleep.
Our audiobook version comes with music and sound effects composed specifically for this book. This transforms it into an unforgettable experience.
PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase this title, the accompanying PDF will be available in your Audible Library along with the audio.

The only problem I have with this book is that it’s not meant for my wife and me. We listen to it together with our children and don’t want to get up afterwards :D But they must’ve read our minds because they’re making something for grown-ups too (read it on their website) We’re waiting !

Great intro to mindfulness for kids!
We added this audiobook to our bedtime routine and won't go back. Two boys (6yrs and 9yrs) who both have adhd. Prior to this we had lots of behavior issues through the day and bedtime was a nightmare until the melatonin kicked in and now we are even melatonin free. We do one story every night together and follow along with breathing and using our super hearing. These stories and guided meditations are perfect for kids!
