This is not my first books read by Aiden Bates. He captured my attention with the Hell’s Ankhor series.

I like how interconnected the stories was. The characters were either part of a group of friends, or related to one of the friends, but they were all connected through various levels of acquaintances. These characters were well developed and very likable. I liked how the stories showed all sides of the men, flaws and all. It made them more relatable and approachable. It was easy to root for them during their book, and made me happy to see them, again, in the other books.

Each story had unique dynamics, storylines, and tropes. I liked how the author arranged the stories, and who they partnered up with these beloved men. Their alphas were exactly what they needed. In one case, one such omega had the fortune of falling in love with another omega, and also able to find the right alpha to complete their family. Love doesn’t always look the same for everyone. That’s the beauty of it.

Bill Burrows did a pretty good job with the voices. He was able to differentiate between characters with ease, but I felt like his voice was better suited for the older characters and the alphas. There was something soothing about his voice, though.

I really enjoyed these stories, but liked each one more as I made my way through all of them. The first two were pretty good, entertaining stories, but I really got into the series with Mitch, Oliver, and Marcos in Omega's Secret lovers. The three men just really clicked and it was a rollercoaster of emotion the entire time. It was also the perfect lead in to the last book in the series, which was probably the most romantic of them all. Charlie and Pedro were both given second chances and are ready to move on, and the way they move on with each other is very sweet.

This one had me captivated. There was plenty of chemistry in each novel and the characters were engaging. I loved how the stories seemed to work together and flow into the next one. This series is also fantastic value 4 books, 1 credit awesome. A really well written and enjoyable series by an author that I will have to check out more of their backlist.

The narration was good but I definitely relied more on the story than the narrator to keep my attention.

I adore a good second chances romance. The characters were interesting and fun. The plots were classic with the A/B/O trope.

I really enjoy Aiden Bates stories and I liked this narrator better than some of the others he's used.
