Everything woman in her mid-life moments should have a listen to this. it takes a humorous yet personal and respectful look at life during the menopause. On occasion I nodded in agreement, more often than not I laughed loudly and couldn't have agreed more.

I laughed out loud throughout.It was like having a chin wag with an old chum. So many references that I recognised, as I am sure will any other women of a certain age who listens. Word of warning, don’t listen on speaker to the letter V, especially if like me you are in the garden. Don’t think my next door neighbour appreciated Jenny’s candour ,as much as I did. Will definitely recommend to my friends, who have all had very different experiences of getting older and wider!

This book was recommended by a friend and it didn’t disappoint. Jenny’s wry observations on what it’s like to go through ‘the change’ had me laughing out loud but also reassured - thank God I’m not the only one feeling like I do. If you are not a menopausal woman, I would still recommend this book as, chances are, you know someone who is, and this book humorously explains why menopausal women can be all sweetness one minute, only to be sobbing the next, followed by turning into Attila the Hun the next. Thanks Jenny - I will definitely be tuning into your accompanying podcasts from now on.
