A debut collection of four intriguing stories from a talent that will leave you wanting more.
Swing
A dead-end street, casual sex, two drifting kids and a rope swing. An uplifting idea born out of hopelessness. Will a mystery woman stay? Will the kids find any solace? Will an outcast survive beyond the day?
Of Oranges and Men
A young man falls off a mountain and lies dying until rescued by the thinnest of chances. His rescuer, living in the wild back blocks of New Zealand, revives and repairs him. In the rain and mud of their existence, oranges provide a sort of catalyst for the bond between him and his gruff yet sentimental rescuer.
The Photographer's Daughter
An unstable girl faints while searching for her father at an art exhibition. Her father isn't there.
Does she murder an actor on the way out?
The Truth Tree
Jim and Freda get married, have kids and eventually see them leave to follow their dreams. The couple embrace their delicious freedom until Jim decides to explore an outrageous idea that he just knows will give him the ultimate gigantic 'truth of everything' - and it does. But can this grand truth be shared?
