Interesting but not engagin

This book has good and detailed information about OCD but for some parts of the book it was too technical and I also found it too short. I felt like it was missing something. Also, the reader voice as a bit robotic. Didnt engaged me very much. Really liked to read it, it helped to understand better the condition but I think it could be much more

Don’t know what I was expecting for $2

But this was pretty weak. Nutshell ocd is caused by anxiety, ssri’s and cognitive behavioral therapy help
