not for self doubt

Great for sleep. Does not help to overcome self doubt. I was hoping for something much more effective given the title.

This book is very helpful.

This book is very helpful. I love the cognitive behavioral approach, as it helps us to grasp what is going on in the mind, and how that leads to our feelings of anxiety. It is especially helpful how the book points out that anxiety is not itself a bad thing. We should not be afraid of it.

Eventually overcome them. :)

Listening to this book shaken my indecision and doubt which is basically coming from my fears that has crippled me to move up in life. I am indeed grateful because this book gave me the courage to face my fears and eventually overcome them. :)
