Eye opening

Suzy’s non judgmental approach to this book was refreshing and encouraging.
The facts and figures are a real eye opener.
I am plantbased for our environment and my health already, I found the tips, tricks and recipes invaluable. I also have the physical copy which will soon be having highlighted passages throughout.
