From my opinion to understand very well the book you need to have some chemistry or medicine background.
Overall is structured easy to be understandable for beginners, it worth's to be read it.

Lots of good stuff but behind the curve in some of its info. The narrator sounds a bit “AI” in her delivery with lots of misplaced inflections, etc.

This is not good. There is too much bumf where they think you have a PhD in nutrition. I wouldn't recommend this book.

literally says that if you are hungry between meals you should get a burger from BK. I think it is American propaganda because it has a whole section about American fast food chains.
