Wish I had read this book 20 years ago!

The author is so way ahead of her time. In light of the fact that this book was produced 20 years ago, the information it relays is now being proven over and over today. Raw milk is now outlawed for sale... and we let this happen. Hopefully this can be changed as more folks discover the health benefits of fermentation.

Interesting & Informative

Packed with information. I've listened to it a couple of times. Half of it is educational the other half is a cookbook. They don't read the recipies out loud but I believe there is a pdf. I got the hard copy. I love the recipies so far. I'm glad I got it.
