I have listened to all of Ali Hazelwood’s books on audible and overall really like them. Unfortunately this one was a bit too heavy on the sex and not enough story. I really liked the characters so was disappointed there wasn’t as much actual plot, and instead we had very long parts of chapters just about them doing it. Also personally hate the c word used in dirty talk, living in England it’s just a swear word and not sexy at all lol

100% a Hazelwood fan already, this was amazing, better than the Bride! loved the performance especially the MMC, so genuine. loved it.

Ali Hazelwood is an automatic purchase for me but I took my time due to the poor reviews. However I loved this romance. It’s not the standard romcom STEM but it was smutty with interesting characters. Great narration and easy listening.

I absolutely love anything by Ali, however when I first read this book (literally the day after it came out), I felt quite disappointed and I gave it a 2 or 3 stars (I love Ali's slow burn stories and this one felt different), but after reading the 2nd book in this series and falling deeply in love with it, I decided to give this one another chance and I have to say that my rating has really increased as I got to understand the characters a bit better. I really like Eli and I even feel identified with Rue and her socially awkwardness
