Brilliant!!
A real eye opener. Since starting to listen to it 3 weeks ago after mastectomy surgery I implemented the plan using the daily dozen app. I have lost 10lbs and lost 3 inches from my waist already. I still have plenty of fat to lose but....I feel sooooo healthy already, just after 3 weeks. I am excited about experimenting with growing food and cooking again. THANK YOU 🙂🙂🙂

Heartfelt Honest Essential reading
Loved this book. I have been looking for this book all my life to assist me with looking after my health. Everyone should listen to it it has made a difference in my life and opened my eyes to how to care for my precious health.

Sound advice on how to live long and prosper!...
Lots of sound advice on what you will have heard before but in a sensible and easily to listen to format. Packed with advice and health tips on food. The only down side is you might need to buy the book to remember it all!
Some comments said this book was dull - I say to them they are not listening to the message - eat well, live well.
