    The information contained in this book provides high level techniques for dealing with anxiety/stress/depression. It's a decent first read, or place to start. However, if you are looking for more solid information, I wouldn't recommend this book for a more experienced reader on the subject.

    Would you listen to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: The Complete Step by Step Guide on Retraining Your Brain and Overcoming Depression, Anxiety and Phobias again? Why?

    This book is 1 hours 22 mins long so I listened to it for a couple of days. It talks about anxiety and depression and how to overcome those so it's definitely a great guide in CBT.

    If you suffer from anxiety and depression, this is one of the BEST resource to supplement your way to improve your mental state. Anxiety and depression tackles millions of people worldwide and this one tool can help you overcome and improve your mental health. I have been looking for such a book given the current situation that I'm going through it seems, it just the beginning as the we strive to make our company operations strong. The principles in this book will help me to know how to overcome stress and control it. Very useful book, I've found some very good tips in it. Strongly recommend to try it.

    Would you consider the audio edition of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: The Complete Step by Step Guide on Retraining Your Brain and Overcoming Depression, Anxiety and Phobias to be better than the print version?

    Both are good.. i love to listen in audio version

    It clarified the theory they have for CBT! But at the same time gave very clear instructions on what one can do to APPLY this theory. So wonderful book

    loved the narrator! easy to listen and learn. slightly repetitive at times, overall a great read/listen!

    Excellent book! Can be used for your self or for patients and clients. Broken down into steps and is in understandable language for the lay person, yet suitable for the professional. Definitely a book to get and keep. A great resource for anyone who is interested in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Good advice for setting goals to change behaviors.<br/>

    "Great resource for CBT"

    This is an awesome book on psychological behavioral treatment, there is so much incredible data in this book. this book consolidates the musings behind care, contemplation, and law of fascination. Sooner or later, I don't know whether they supplement each other, but rather, I think the book could legitimize its goals.This book gives data and advices that are valuable and to the point.

    I really did not know about cognitive behavioral therapy until I got this book. The subject is very interesting. It can surely help someone who wants to enjoy life the best possible. The book gives me inputs about depression anxiety and phobias. Steps are provided to recover from these kinds of behaviors and is very comprehensive. I can definitely use this book as my personal guide to for depressions. A must read for everyone.

Each step, plus the practical case studies provided, help the listener to see the incredible need and value in psychotherapy.

    Would you consider the audio edition of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: The Complete Step by Step Guide on Retraining Your Brain and Overcoming Depression, Anxiety and Phobias to be better than the print version?

    Since you hear him counsel others it's nice to be able to hear the emotion and infliction in their voices. Although, the printed version would be more helpful.

Also, he discussed a wide variety of ways to incorporate the research into my practice and life.The course provided an evidence based foundation on which to develop a plan to deal with everyday problems of being human.
