Great introduction to CBT

At first I thought I was going to regret purchasing this audiobook as it was beginning to feel like every PDF you've ever read. However, pretty quickly, the format of the content won my attention and I stayed with it from start to finish in one sitting and even contemplated going over it again right away. So whether you have any personal issue(s) or just an interest in CBT as a topic, you'll likely find some value in this book.

Well done!

Here are a few points that I would like to add as to how one could improve this book. Perhaps it would be beneficial to include a brief overview of the role of neurotransmitters and how CBT can facilitate favorable brain chemical exchanges. It would also be good to include the necessary CBT forms template needed by beginning practitioners. Overall, I highly recommend this book to CBT practitioners. Well done!
