Summary
My name is Eden Moretti.
After leaving the Carlotti heirs for my own safety, unsure of if, or when, I'd return, I set out on a journey of self-discovery and healing. But my travels abruptly ended when I discovered the men I couldn't ever fully put out of my mind making national news. I watched from hundreds of miles away as they were arrested.
For murdering the two dirty cops. For my alleged kidnapping.
I knew it was either a ploy to flush me out or a convenient lie to put them away, but I made the call to Vinnie anyway. Now I'm on my way home to try to rescue my original bad habits.

Pain and suffering
This was filled with so much pain and suffering, for Eden and all of the guys. Things are unfolding, and secrets are slowly revealed, but will they all make it out of this next part alive?
There’s more angst and a little less spice than book 1, but there is plenty of trauma and pain, but there is also some healing.
The ending was perfect for the story.

Don’t wait on listening 🔥
Another 5 star read (well listen) from me from these authors. What a brilliant end for Eden and her guys. I loved the how well the story flowed and the chemistry the guys had with Eden. It sure got steamy!🔥 If you’re thinking about reading/listening to this duet then don’t wait on it!!

Loved it!!
This book didn't disappoint, Edan is tough and doesn't self pitting which I've found refreshing. Every time she gets knocked down, she gets up dusts herself off and carries on. Tony, Vanni, Marco, and Santos are typical alpha males so not a lot can say there. If you like Madison Kate, Ravenhood and Haunting Adaline then this is for you. One thing I will advise is you check the trigger warnings. Bridget and Jake did a fantastic job duetting this book.

This dark, reverse harem/mafia love story has everything!
This story is dark and gritty, but so worth it! Eden is hardened and tough because life has knocked her around more than she deserves. She makes bad choices, but owns them as she tries to figure out what comes next. The men in her life-Santos, Antonio, Giovanni, and Marco- are all part of the same blood-soaked mafia world she’s in. They love her, and she loves them. Their unconventional romance also puts them at huge risk, but there’s nothing this group wouldn’t do for each other, even if it means taking on their enemies and even their allies.
This story can be a rough listen at times (it is indeed a dark romance), but I was so intrigued and connected to the story that I was rooting for this group of criminals and misfits to get their HEA. They deserve it, and every ounce of love and happiness is hard-fought and earned.
Excellent narration and top-notch writing made this a book I highly recommend for fans of mafia, dark romance and/or reverse harem genres.
