I have always been fascinated with brother best friends books. This book definitely did not disappoint. Maggie was dumped on Christmas Day by her football player boyfriend. She was to ashamed to let her family know so she set out to win her ex boyfriend back in the process falls in love with another man named Sam.

Amy Daws's latest romantic comedy features the same formula you have come to know and love from her, a Hero and Heroine you like and cheer for and a sweet funny story you happily sink into. Featuring a ginger hero that is apparently cuter than Prince Harry and a whole lot more abilicious, Sam is the perfect "good guy" that still makes our hearts race. Maggie our heroine, who is nursing a broken heart from a fresh break up, finds out just how good of a guy he is as she enlists his help to take her on adventures in Alaska. Maggie's goal is to remake herself from the "basic" girl her ex-boyfriend believes her to be to someone he will want back. The only problem with this plan is neither she or Sam counted on falling for each other during their adventure seeking.

Will Maggie try to win the love of her former boyfriend once she "upgrades" herself from "basic"? Will Sam decide that he is a relationship kind of guy and pursue the attraction between him and Maggie? Will they both realize that the heart doesn't wait in line patiently?

The narration is wonderful and gives life to these two endearing characters plus all of the residents of this little Alaskan town.

I really enjoyed this little northern exposure romance from Amy Daws. In the tradition of the Harris boys romances it makes you want to fall in love!

Absolutely loved everything about this audio! Not only was it a fab story but the narration was spot on perfect!

I am pretty sure that Amy is the only author that could write a book about a bait shop and pull it off! Next in Line is the continuation of Wait with Me series, although it can easily be listened to as a standalone. This is Sam's story who we met in the first book Wait with Me.

I loved this story! Sam was a character in Wait with Me that you just wanted to see more of and Amy gave us that chance to get to know him a bit more.

Maggie I found a hard character to warm to at the beginning, and I found plenty of times wanting to give her a slap for not seeing what was right in front of her. She seemed very immature with all the lying also, but then she is young.

Overall, its another great story from a great author! I love Amy's work and now will be on countdown for the next one :)

I loved this audiobook. The narrators were prefect for this story. I loved Maggie and Sam story and they have now become one of my fav book couples the banta they had between the characters had me crying with laughter.

I highly recommend this audiobook.
