Terrible, don't waste your time.
I'm about to be a parent so looking for tips. This book refers to dad's as "the big baby's". ...offensive. This is a book for women who need to be told things like "eating gives you energy". ....if that fact is not a revelation for you, you might want to buy a book from someone who has something to say that is worth listing to.
