About this listen

The Academy has always been the home of fallen angels and haunted humans, but that is about to change. This was a good continuation to book 1 of the series answers most of the questioned and has me excited for book 3!

This book was a good middle story line. You got some questions answered, got more that need to be answered. The journey carried on but isn’t close to an end yet. I’ll listen to book 3! The production issues were far less in this one but the narrator still uses the same voice for everything which can cause you to stop and pause on who is talking.

There’s quite a lot going on in this second book in the series. With the characters developing very well and the storyline continuing I can’t wait for the next book. A fantastic performance from Sarah.

the world seems interesting. not fond of the characters though. they didn't pull me in. and not much stuff is happening. the romance is slow burn towards nonexistent
