In the distant future, It's not easy being a Neko soldier. Wake up with a fake past and be sent to get killed by the enemy before you can even form an opinion. On top of that, the Neko has been an outlawed weapon system for over a century. Milo and a few others wake up with some extra memories, meaning they aren't buying into the mission. Can they escape a clear suicide mission, and how did the Neko even come to be in the first place?
An adventurous debut military sci-fi novel by Steven Moates, with action, intrigue, and Cat-girl soldiers. Claws-to-the-wall action and profound questions about what is real and what one believes.
