Absolute best Great Courses lecture!
This was by far my favourite audiobook, not only out of the many Great Courses lectures I've listened to but any book from Audible! It fulfilled what so many other books on negotiation and influence fail to do--to make a powerful difference while at the same time being a genuine human being. I feel more prepared to negotiate my rent this summer as well as work better interpersonally at home and work. Absolutely solid in every way.

Great information, but with a political bias
This was a great book, but with what felt like a political bias sprinkled throughout. I might read it again, but if I found a cliff notes version then I’d go for that next go-around.

One of the best books I have ever read
This book improved my life. Business negotiation is a primary role in my job. I successfully applied two principles thus far to resolve longstanding issues with contractors. other principles were also very useful at home. Thank you Deepak. Thank you Max.

More than I expected, different from others
Loved the story about political campaign manager who managed to get off the hook of paying $3M and instead was able to collect a payment to his name. Genius! .Great examples/stories that I still remember. I've read many books on negotiations and did not expect to discover anything new - I was pleasantly surprised.
